§ 11A-17 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this subdivision is to define as nuisances within the City of Fort Worth, certain conditions which are detrimental to the health and safety of persons or property or which are detrimental to the senses. The conditions made unlawful by this subdivision are hereby declared to be nuisances. (Ord. 12931, § 1, passed 3-25-1997)
