§ 20-67 SAME - DURATION; REFUND POLICY.

All dance hall licenses shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. There shall be no refund of any license fee paid under this division for any cause whatsoever. (1964 Code, § 13-9) (Ord. 10734, § 1, passed 11-15-1990)
