§ 5.128 RECORDING STUDIO.

Recording studios may be permitted in accordance with the use tables in Chapter 4, Articles 6 and 8, subject to the following conditions. (a) Internal noise shall not be audible from outside the building. (b) External activity or noise generation shall not be greater than the existing background noise level of the surrounding area. (c) Mass reproduction, duplication or storage of recorded material for distribution, sale or promotion is prohibited. (e) Parking requirements shall be the same as for a commercial building.
