Sec. 26-521. - In general.
No building permit or certificate of occupancy shall be issued for the construction or alteration of a building in the loading facilities category listed in section 26-522 of this Code unless the building includes the construction of, or provides for, the number of loading berths required for that use as shown in section 26-522 of this Code. _____
