§ 29-40 — Finalization of placement permits

Sec. 29-40. - Finalization of placement permits.
A placement permit shall be finalized by the building official and occupancy of the manufactured home shall be authorized when: (1) The applicant has obtained all applicable permits and inspections under this Code and the Construction Code; (2) The applicant has complied with all other applicable provisions of this code including, without limitation, chapter 19 relating to flood hazard areas; (3) The building official has inspected the placement of the manufactured home and has found its placement is in accordance with this chapter; and (4) The building official has found that the manufactured home and its placement, meet all applicable requirements of the city's ordinances and all state laws which may be enforced by the city.
