Sec. 38-5. - Mayor authorized to execute license agreements for crossing right-of-way by city water and sewer lines.
The mayor is authorized to execute and the city secretary to attest license agreements with railroad companies operating in the city, for the crossing by the city of the railroad right-of-way with sewer and water lines, where such license agreements are on the usual and customary forms furnished by the railroad company concerned, where the consideration to be paid by the city does not exceed $10.00 in any one year, and where no special or extraordinary obligations are incurred by the city over and above those normally contained in the usual and customary printed form of license agreement.
