Sec. 47-12. - Application and permit for sewer service generally.

Any person desiring sewer service from the city who is not currently a water customer of the city shall make application therefor to the utility official on forms furnished by such official. Upon obtaining a permit from the utility official authorizing such service, and upon making the deposit required by section 47-126 of this Code, and executing a form of agreement provided for by the city for sewer service, such person shall, subject to the provisions of this chapter and other city ordinances governing same, be entitled to receive from the city sanitary sewer service.
