Sec. 32-69. - Garbage, refuse disposal; general conditions.

All farmers, produce merchants or persons will dispose of all refuse. Refuse must be taken to designated garbage disposal areas. All persons are responsible for keeping their stall in a presentable and sanitary condition at all times.
