§ 95 — Taxes when due

Sec. 95. - Taxes when due.

All ad valorem property taxes are due on receipt of the tax bill and are delinquent if not paid before February l of the year following the year in which imposed. The Council shall have power, by ordinance, to provide for the payment of any taxes due, at the option of taxpayers as provided by state law.
