105-20.52. Penalty, General.

Any person of the age of 18 years or more violating any of the provisions of s. 105-20.5 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $50 together with the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof by imprisonment in the house of correction of Milwaukee county not less than 10 days nor more than 30 days; and any person under 18 years of age violating any of the provisions of said s. 105-20.5 shall be deemed to be a delinquent child as defined in s. 48.01, Wis. Stats.
