106-6. Exhibiting Stud Horse or Bull.

No person shall indecently exhibit any stud horse or bull, or let any such horse to any mare, or any bull to any cow or cows within the limits of this city, unless in some enclosed place out of public view, under a penalty of not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each offense.
