14-27. Water Services Contract with Other Municipalities.

All contracts heretofore made and entered into by any city owning, maintaining, or operating a system of water works with any other city or village in the state, for supplying and furnishing such other village or city with water, are hereby validated and legalized. (S. 1, Ch. 473, L. 1911.)
