244-6. Identification.

1. All signs hereafter erected shall bear the manufacturer's name, and the name, trademark or other approved mark or symbol of the person erecting such sign. 2. All billboards hereafter erected shall bear the name, trademark or other approved mark or symbol of the erector or of the person in charge, possession or control of such billboard.
