76-01. Definitions.
In this chapter: 1. COMMISSIONER means the commissioner of health, his or her designated representative within the health department, or any other city official to whom the commissioner’s functions or duties under this chapter have been delegated pursuant to a memorandum of understanding. 2. DEPARTMENT means the health department or any department to which health department functions or duties under this chapter have been delegated pursuant to a memorandum of understanding.
