80-43. Nauseous Material on Public Streets.

It is the duty of the commissioner to cause such necessary examinations to be made from time to time as may be required to keep the streets, alleys, sidewalks and public grounds free from the nauseous substances mentioned in this chapter, and to institute prosecutions against all persons who may violate the same.
