Sec. 441-333. - Authority to place restricted turn signs. The board of public works is authorized to determine those intersections at which drivers of vehicles shall not make a right, left or U-turn, either at all or certain times, and shall place or cause to be placed proper fixed or movable markers or signs at such intersections. The making of such turns may be prohibited at any time or between certain hours of any day and may be permitted at other hours, in which event the prohibited hours shall be either directed by an officer or shall be plainly indicated on the signs, or the signs may be removed when the turns are permitted.
