Sec. 54-466. - Vehicle junkers. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to park or allow to be parked a vehicle junker on any public right-of-way for a period in excess of twenty-four (24) hours, regardless of location. The twenty-four-hour time limit includes the cumulative time spent on any public right-of-way. (b) It shall not be a defense to this section that the vehicle junker has been moved to a different location within the public right-of-way. To be in compliance with this section, the vehicle junker must be removed from the public right-of-way. (Ord. No. 373-23, § 5, 5-8-23)
