Sec. 47-566. - Procedures. The director of the department shall establish procedures for inspections to be conducted by health officers under this subdivision. Copies of the procedure shall be available for public inspection in the offices of the director of the department and may be purchased at the fees prescribed by law. To the extent practicable, the health officer shall notify affected persons of the adoption or amendment of the procedures. (Ord. No. 97-196, § 4, 2-19-97)
