Sec. 12-40-4. - Locations permitted. Surface parking lots shall be permitted to be located within the central business improvement district, except as provided in section 12-40-3, provided such surface parking lots shall conform to the design and landscape requirements of the Memphis and Shelby County Unified Development Code, included herein as title 15.
