in effectSec. 34-480. - Publication of users in significant noncompliance.
The control authority shall publish annually, in any paper of general circulation within the jurisdiction served by the POTW that provides meaningful public notice, a list of the users which, during the previous twelve (12) months, were in significant noncompliance with applicable pretreatment standards and requirements as defined in section 34-471.
