Sec. 4-71. - Permits for literature distribution. It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute literature at the airport, whether or not the literature is in connection with charitable solicitation, without first applying for and obtaining a permit as provided in section 4-69. This section applies, without limitation to literature related to a political candidate or political issue or in connection with a labor-management dispute. (Code 1985, §§ 4-71, 4-72)
