Sec. 4-70. - Reasons for refusal of solicitation permit. The application shall be granted and the permit required by section 4-69 shall be issued unless one or more of the following facts is found to exist: (1) One or more of the statements in the application is not true. (2) The applicant has violated any of the terms and provisions of any prior permit. (Code 1985, § 4-70)
