330-26. Prohibited Practice. a. No charter school shall offer money or any other thing of pecuniary value to a parent, student, teacher, staff member or any other person as an incentive for recruiting a student to enroll at a charter school. b. The prohibition provided in par. a shall be included in the charter school contract and may result in the termination or revocation of the charter school contract as provided under s. 330-29.
