in effect§ 10.1.18 - Rules and regulations.
The Board may adopt rules and regulations with respect to any matter within its jurisdiction as defined by Charter. In addition to any other lawful remedy, enforcement procedure may include refusal to supply water to a property involved. The City and County of Denver by ordinance may supplement Board rules and regulations and provide penalties for the violation of such an ordinance in the same manner as penalties are provided for the violation of other ordinances.
