2505.04 - Access to Building Openings and Roofs 2505.04.1 Tenant identification. Tenant identification shall be provided for secondary exits from occupied tenant spaces that lead directly to the exterior of the building or egress corridor in multi-tenant buildings. Tenant identification shall be posted on the exterior side of the exit or exit access door and shall identify the business name and address using a minimum of 4 inch plainly legible letters and numbers that contrast with their background.
