6.80A.100 - Inspection fees. The permittee shall be responsible for reimbursing the Department for all permit related inspections conducted outside of the City's normal operating hours. Inspection fees shall be assessed for a three-hour minimum at fifty dollars per hour per staff member required to conduct the permit inspection. The permittee may also be charged inspection fees by other City departments whose inspections are required in connection with the issuance of a permit pursuant to this Chapter, including without limitation the Department of Fire and Rescue and the Department of Community Development.
