2155.07 - Use of slugs; defacing or tampering with meter. (a) No person shall deposit in any street or off-street parking meter in the city any slug, device, or substitute for required funds or deface, injure, damage, tamper with or willfully break, destroy, or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed under the provisions of this chapter.
