Sec. 25-20. - Regulations. The MOSE director is authorized to adopt regulations consistent with and necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this chapter. The regulations shall be subject to the approval of the city attorney and the director of finance. A copy of any regulations so promulgated shall be made available upon request in the MOSE director's office for inspection and for purchase at the copy fee provided by law. (Ord.
