In accordance with Section 12.44.290 and when meters are marked giving notice thereof, no person shall park a motor vehicle on a city street in a curbside metered parking space on any day or during any hours in a downtown parking district unless a coin or coins of United States currency, tokens, a parking meter debit card, or other approved payment method of the appropriate denominations shall have been deposited therein, or shall have been previously deposited therein for an unexpired interval of time, and such meter has been placed in operation, without the display of a downtown parking district parking permit issued by the permit official within the districts or upon the streets or parts of streets as follows:
Zone A: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of West Wyoming Avenue with the centerline of North Santa Fe Street,
Thence northeast along the centerline of West Wyoming Avenue/East Wyoming Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of North Campbell Street,
Thence southeast along the centerline of North Campbell Street to its intersection with the centerline of East Main Street,
Thence southwest along the centerline of East Main Street/West Main Street to its intersection with the centerline of North Santa Fe Street,
Thence northwest along the centerline of North Santa Fe Street to its intersection with the centerline of West Missouri Avenue,
Thence southwest along the centerline of West Missouri Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of North Durango Drive,
Thence south along the centerline of North Durango Drive until it reaches its closest point to the easternmost boundary of the lot with the legal description "Lot 30, Block C, Stevens Addition Replat B",
Thence west along the southern boundary of said lot with the legal description "Lot 30, Block C, Stevens Addition Replat B" until it reaches the most southeastern point of the boundary of "Block C, Stevens Addition",
Thence west along the southernmost boundary of "Block C, Stevens Addition" until it reaches the most southwestern boundary of "Block C, Stevens Addition",
Thence west along the existing southernmost boundary of "Block 13, Sunset Heights" until it reaches the most southwestern boundary of "Block 13, Sunset Heights",
Thence north along the existing westernmost boundary of "Block 13, Sunset Heights" until it reaches the most northwestern boundary of "Block 13, Sunset Heights",
Thence in a northeasterly direction to the starting point of the centerline of the Interstate Highway 10 eastbound Exit 19 off-ramp,
Thence in a northeasterly direction along the centerline of the Interstate Highway 10 eastbound Exit 19 off-ramp to the point of beginning.
Zone B: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of East San Antonio Avenue and North Campbell Street,
Thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline of North Campbell Street to its intersection with the centerline of East Mills Avenue,
Thence northeast along the northern boundary of East Mills Avenue until it meets the east curb line of North Virginia Street,
Thence southeast along the east curb line of North Virginia Street to the nearby alley's southern boundary,
Thence northeast along the southern boundary of the alley to its intersection with the centerline of Octavia Street,
Thence southeast along the centerline of Octavia Street to its intersection with the alley of Block 1, Franklin Heights Addition,
Thence southwest along said alley to its intersection with the boundary line between Lots 21 and 22 of Block 1, Franklin Heights Addition,
Thence southeast along said boundary to its intersection with the centerline of Magoffin Avenue,
