16.80.020 - Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases have the meanings set forth below: "CEQA" means the California Environmental Quality Act and the accompanying guidelines. "TDM" means transportation demand measures which are identified as part of the Vehicle Miles Traveled Mitigation Bank Program. "VMT" means vehicle miles traveled. "Vehicle Miles Traveled Mitigation Fee" refers to the cost charged to an applicant by the City to implement the TDMs as calculated per VMT unit. (Ord. 7748, § 54, 2025; Ord. 7696, § 1(Exh. A), 2025)
