Sec. 2-307. - Violation of this article. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate, or fail to comply with, the provisions of this article XIII of chapter 2 of the Revised Municipal Code. It shall also be unlawful to file any document provided for in this article which contains any materially false statement or material omission. (Ord. No. 36-92, § 1, 1-27-92; Ord.
