§ 10-108.3. Carriage Horse Businesses. (1) No person shall offer the commercial services of a horse for rent or for hire for the purpose of pulling any carriage, sled, sleigh, wagon, or other similar vehicle. (2) A violation of this Section shall be punishable by a fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day that the violation occurs or continues.
