Sec. 29-121. - Additional excavation permit. Subsequent to issuance of a permit, if it is necessary to excavate a larger area than originally estimated, the permittee shall at once pay to city the amount necessary to obtain the additional permit necessary. (Ord. No. 93319, § 1, 1-25-01)
