§ 25-1-417 - NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUSPEND OR REVOKE. (A) An accountable official may give notice to the person affected of the official's intent to suspend or revoke a permit, license, released site plan, approved subdivision construction plan, certificate of occupancy, or right of way use permit under this division. (B) The notice may specify a reasonable time for compliance with this title.
