§ 57-33. - Location of factories and slaughterhouses. No manufacturing establishment employing more than five persons and no slaughterhouse or rendering establishment shall be located within the water district, unless the construction and manner of operation thereof is first approved in writing by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, the Health Department and the Utilities Department.
