Sec. 135-872. - Administration. The two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department cash change fund established under section 135-871 shall be paid by a warrant drawn on the appropriate fund in favor of the chief without the need for an appropriation. The chief shall account for the fund in the same manner as other funds, and shall return the entire fund to the appropriate fund whenever there is a change in the custodian or when the fund is no longer needed. (G.O. 53, 2013, § 1)
