Sec. 740.114. - Materials required for sidewalks and safety walks by or pursuant to contract with City. Sidewalks and safety walks constructed by or pursuant to contract with the City, under this Chapter or otherwise shall be of concrete construction. Asphalt construction may be used for those facilities which will be used primarily as bike paths when the Director of Public Works deems it most economical and appropriate.
