Sec. 49-359. - Revocation. The manager of transportation and infrastructure is authorized to revoke any permit under this division if such action is deemed by the manager to be necessary to facilitate the movement of traffic; to provide for public safety; or to provide for the public safety, convenience or necessity in use of public ways and places.
