Las Vegas Municipal Code § 12.04.040
in effect12.04.040 - Film administrator.
The film administrator:
(A) Shall be responsible for the administration of this Chapter.
(B) Subject to applicable procedures, is authorized to promulgate further rules and regulations in order to implement this Chapter, taking into account the impact of filming on:
(1) City property;
(2) Traffic movement and traffic control;
(3) Pedestrian traffic; and
(4) The public health, safety and convenience.
(C) Subject to applicable procedures, is authorized to establish a fee schedule for the use of City property, based upon the impact to City property and resources.
