Sec. 54-439. - Obedience to angle parking signs or markings. Upon those streets which have been signed or marked by the city traffic engineer for angle parking, it shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings.
