SEC. 36-22. CONNECTIONS WITH CONDUCTORS TO BE MADEATRIGHT ANGLES. All connections with lines of electric light or power conductors shall, whenever possible, be made at right angles to the same, and must run horizontally to the building, except so far as would conflict with Section 36-26, and then to point of entrance.
