(a) No person shall allow graffiti to remain on private property within the City longer than 20 days after receiving a notice to remove graffiti. (b) Graffiti allowed to remain on private property within the City longer than 20 days from the date of the notice to remove graffiti, shall be subject to removal by the City. (Ord.
