Sec. 21-239. - Prohibition of smoking in seating areas at outdoor events. Smoking shall be prohibited in the seating areas and covered concourses of all outdoor sports arenas, stadiums, and amphitheaters, as well as in bleachers and grandstands for use by spectators at sporting and other public events.
