§ 35-193. - Division not intended to limit or restrict impoundments otherwise authorized by law. The provisions of this Division 4 are not intended to and shall never be construed to limit or restrict the authority of any City officer or employee to impound a vehicle under any circumstance or in any situation where such impoundment may otherwise be authorized by law.
