in effect13.12.160 - Parking areas.
Where the area immediately behind and adjacent to the street right-of-way is to be used as a vehicle parking area, curbs or other barriers shall be installed as may be required by the traffic engineer to prohibit such parked vehicles from extending into the right-of-way. Curbs or other barriers so required not less than six inches high, and shall be located not less than three feet from the right-of-way line on the adjacent property, except that walls or fences over twenty-four inches high may be situated on the property line.
