9.08.113 - Single-stream recycling—Implementation. A franchisee shall use its best efforts to complete implementation of single-stream recycling for residential recyclables collection customers by no later than December 31, 2018. Single-stream recycling customers will use wheeled carts for the storage and collection of solid waste and recyclables. In connection with the implementation of single-stream recycling, the franchisee will provide for: (A) The collection of solid waste and recyclables once per week on the same collection day; and (B) The collection of bulky items every other week.
