El Paso City Code § 15.10.600 Insurance required.

15.10.600 - Insurance required. At all times during provider's use and occupancy of city facilities or public right-of-way, provider shall keep in force and effect the same insurance coverage as required for certificated telecommunications providers, as set forth in Section 15.08.130.D., City Code. El Paso City Code § 15.10.610 Certificate of insurance.

15.10.610 - Certificate of insurance. Prior to the effective date of any permit issued hereunder, and upon renewal of each insurance policy during the time of provider's occupancy of the public right-of-way, provider will furnish city with a certificate of insurance evidencing the insurance coverage required by this chapter.
