§ 12-107. - Alternate members. The Mayor may appoint two alternate members to the Building Code Commission with the approval of the Council, who shall be called by the Commission Chairperson to review the Building Code and all resolutions and ordinances pertaining thereto during the absence of a member. Alternate members shall be residents of the State who have no direct or indirect financial interest in any industry regulated by the City's building Code, and shall be appointed for three years or until a successor has been appointed.
