Sec. 740-808. - Fees. The Commission shall establish a fee schedule for Improvement Location Permits and other official actions in accordance with IC 36-7-4-411. The fees established in the Commission's Rules shall be provided and collected prior to the issuance of any permit. (G.O. 64, 2015, § 2)
