Standard Amusement Device Code Section 105, permits, is changed by adding a new Section 105.3 entitled "Fees" to read as follows:
Section 105.3—Fees.
No permit shall be valid until the fees as prescribed in Section 107.4 of the Standard Building Code shall have been paid; nor shall an amendment to a permit be approved until the additional fees, if required, shall have been paid.
